Dining Mediterranean Style
Dabble in Turkish-style cooking with Didem Tapban. Prepare her favorite dinner menu of unique salads, roasted salmon and vegetables, and other delicacies.
The Armenian Church Ladies (june 7)
Imagine making baklava and boorma that tastes like it’s from the bakeries of Armenia.This spirited group of women—who have served recipes from their homeland at St. Gregory’s annual church picnic for over 40 years— divulge their old-country secrets so that you can perfect these confections at home.
Urban Entertaining (june 12)
Urban Accents’ Tom Knibbs reveals his best original ideas for al fresco entertaining, from graduation parties to Father’s Day celebrations, with flavorful recipes that use his all-natural products.
Top Chef Challenge (june 14)

Capitalize on the all-too-short berry season by concocting a variety of tart shells and fillings, jams, and sauces with French Pastry School pros.
Customized cooking classes
Do your family or friends need to learn how to cook? The Chopping Block or Bespoke Cuisine will help you whip them into shape, with customized cooking classes for small groups.
For something a little glamorous, let your friends pretend they’re the next reality cooking stars in a personalized cooking class and TV-taping session with the Hearty Boys. On Wednesdays in June and July, tackle a different subject each week, such as grilling 3 different meats 3 different ways, preparing New England Clam Boil, conquering dry rubs, or cooking the cuisine of Tuscany.
